I've got a nail post for you today!
Earlier this week, I was able to find some Rimmel 60 Seconds polishes at Kmart for around $2.99. I thought - Wow! That's cheap! So I picked up one color just to try out the formula since I haven't ever tried a Rimmel nail polish before.
My thoughts on the polish are kind of in two different places.
#1) I love the color. I am sooo in love with the lilac-y creamy color that I chose, but #2) the formulation is a bit strange. It streaked pretty badly when I was applying it, and it looked like it was drying too quickly, almost like how fast the OPI Shatter polishes dry on the brush. Anyway, I haven't quite decided if I'm going to purchase other shades in this formula... I mean, it turned out ok, but eh... just ehh...... lol.
